Blustery and chilly flying...

Pilots!

Some news from the front, briefly:

Cessnas 630, 68U, and 17J are cruising around. Thanks, girls.

Cessna 739 is roaring on her firewall repair. We anticipate her escaping the hoosegow sometime in the week of March 22nd. That's soon. :)

Cessna 25R -- We have ordered our gear doors. From australia. Finally. They will arrive in a week or two, and we will either jump through FAA paperwork hoops, or manufacturing template hoops. The good news is, there is light at the end of this tunnel. More as I know it.

Bonanza 11N was delayed by the paint shop. She goes in tomorrow first thing, and will be back in action either Friday or Saturday. Sorry for the downtime -- we look forward to resuming flying as usual!

Skylane 073 is set to arrive in the first week of April.

Wait, hold on, who? Whatchootalkin bout flyboy?

Meet Skylane 073!

"Seventy Three" is a Cessna 182M model, action packed with goodies such as the S-Tec 50 2-axis autopilot, dual King Navcoms, and the impressive GX55 IFR GPS.

Check this girl out:

This is a heavy-hauling 4 people, bags, and fuel type of airplane! 130 knots, fixed gear, high performance, and good fuel mileage. It's a 172 on steroids.

We are bringing her home from Atlanta soon -- she is wrapping an extensive pre-purchase Annual as we speak! woo hoo!

Bobby A's Restaurant next door is beginning dinner service on the 17th. Awesome!

If you are on our Oshkosh 2010 list -- we are looking for a headcount for the House (not the campers) -- if you haven't gotten an Email from me, please drop me a note with a soft RSVP so we know what to set up. A "maybe" is okay too -- we just need to prep. The house will be first-come, first-serve.

We are arranging a mass fly-out to Paso Robles in April. We think we'll have some airplanes on-line by then :) -- Drop me a note at mike@flycorona.com if you'd be interested. We'll be taking the Skylane, probably the Bonanza, and maybe some of our training girls for a leg-stretch for lunch in wine country.

Mmmmm... fun times!

More as I know it!

Blue Skies,

- Mike
