Beth and I have been in Arizona attending the Cessna Pilot Center seminars, and comparing our progress with the other CPCs in the area -- and it looks like, while we're doing some awesome things, we've noticed some spots that need improvement.
We'll be revamping MANY of our policies and procedures, particularly in the office and with training operations. We will notify everyone about these when they are finalized and put into place, however, now is the time to get a bug in our ear as we begin tearing FlyC up by the roots to re-plant it. Feel free to drop us a line, in the office, via email, or via phone, and let us know if you've had a bad, weird, awkward, or subpar experience with us, so that we can start improving operations.
All comments are welcome, and if you wish to assure anonymity, feel free to even use the squawk report, and squawk the office. :)
